Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at hello@jogabonitoco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund and let you know by email.

Faulty, damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@jogabonitoco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
