We want your Joga Bonito Co. order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $5.95
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $10.95
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 AUD

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via Australia Post or the relevant carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@jogabonitoco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@jogabonitoco.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
