Shipping Policy

We want your Joga Bonito Co. order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: $1.95 for orders under $45. 3–7 business days (VIC), 4–7 business days interstate (no tracking number provided)
  • Express Shipping: $10.95. 1–3 business days (tracking number provided)
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $45 AUD or more (4–7 business days for interstate orders)

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for Express Shipping orders only. If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will still be posted promptly, but no tracking number will be issued. For Express orders, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your parcel via Australia Post or the relevant carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@jogabonitoco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@jogabonitoco.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
